TUPPER LAKE--Mrs. Lennie Hinkson, 87, died Saturday morning at 9 oclock at the A. Barton Hospital in Ogdensburg. She had been a patient nine days.
Mrs. Hinkson, who lived at 34 McLaughlin Ave., had been confined to Moongate Nursing Home in Canton since last June.
She was born in South Colton, the daughter of Henry and Emma Charles Newton.
Survivors include: her husband, Arthur Hinkson; one daughter, Mrs. Leonard (Margaret) Dumas of Tupper Lake; one son, Harold Alden Hinkson of Rochester; five grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. George (Eva) Wood of Parishville.
Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Richer Funeral Home, with the Rev. Michael Kundrat officiating, and burial was at Gale Cemetery.
