St. Paul's Cemetery--Town of Piercefield--PC020

Dorothy Horan, Tupper Lake, kindly provided the census and map for this cemetery, and this material came from the museum in Piercefield.

St. Paul's Cemetery is a very small cemetery, with roughly forty burials. According to the census done in 1983 the earliest burial was 1909 (Mary Houle), and the last two burials were both in the year 1929 (Armand LaPlante and Lawrence Perry). The cemetery is very neat and well kept with a freshly painted fence surrounding it (August 2002).

The cemetery is located on the Conifer Road (county road 62), and just off the intersection of Country Road 62 and State Highway 3, in Piercefield. The measured coordinates are 44 13 54 North and 074 34 33 West.
