Woman, 67, Dies Near Norwood
(September 27, 1887-January 1, 1955)
Norwood, Jan. 3--Mrs. Mary M. Martin, 67, Yaleville, widow of Millard Martin and a housekeeper at the Albert Connelly home, died at 4:15 p.m. Saturday at the Connelly home. She suffered a cerebral hemorrhage a year ago and another one on Saturday.
The body is at the Yaleville home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. at St. Andrews church, Norwood. Rev. Francis J. Maguire, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Norfolk cemetery in the spring.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. William (Agnes) Jandreau and Mrs. Dennis (Nellie) Collette, Norwood; a brother, George Martin, Norfolk, and a son, Willard, whose address is unknown.
Mrs. Martin was born Sept. 27, 1887, daughter of John and Sophia Jock Martin. She was married to Millard Martin of Norwood, a paper mill worker at Norfolk. He died in 1933.
Mrs. Martin had since been employed at the Connelly home.
