NORWOOD-Diana E. Hunter, 60, West Conesville, formerly of Norwood, died Monday at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown.
Mrs. Hunter was a homemaker.
Born May 1, 1942, in Ogdensburg, daughter of Lawrence and Phyllis Williams McDonald, she graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central School in 1959 and worked in the Norwood office of the St. Lawrence County National Bank until her marriage.
She married Stanley F. Hunter on Oct. 19, 1963, in St. Andrew's Church, Norwood, with Monsignor Francis J. Maguire officiating.
She was a Girl Scout leader, a volunteer at the Gilboa-Conesville Central School and a member of St. Anna's Roman Catholic Church, Summit.
Surviving besides her husband are three daughters and two sons-in-law, Julie A. and Matthew Mckee, Boston, Mass., Cynthia Hunter, Bend, Okla., and Amy and Alec Boudreau, Grafton; a sister, M. Kathleen Hunt, Bromsgrove, England; her mother of Cobleskill, two grandsons, and many nieces and nephews and a grandniece.
A funeral Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Anna's Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Edward Golding officiating.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home, Stamford.
Donations may be made to Conesville Rescue Squad or St. Anna's Roman Catholic Church, Summit, N.Y.
