NORWOOD--Theresa M. Fiacco Synowski, 85, formerly of Norwood, died Monday morning at St. Ann’s Community, Rochester.

Mrs. Synowski was a homemaker.

Born Sept. 18, 1918, in Norwood, daughter of Arduino and Loretta Diveroli Fiacco, she married Alexander Synowski in April 1940. The marriage ended in separation in 1950. Mr. Synowski died in 1995.

Surviving are a son and his wife, Joseph and Barbara, Webster; two daughters and their husbands, Ann Marie and Peter Woods, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Genevieve and Joseph Maggio, Van Nuys, Calif.; a brother, Thomas Fiacco, Norwood; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Four brothers, Peter A., Angelo J., Ignazio and Sebastian Fiacco, and a sister, Ann Doran, died before her.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Andrew’s Church with the Rev. Andrew J. Amyot, pastor of the Church of the Visitation, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Buck Funeral Home. Donations may be made to St. Ann’s Community, 1500 Portland Ave., Rochester, N.Y. 14621.
