NORWOOD--The funeral for Elizabeth M. Wilkins, 73, of 54 S. Main St, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Andrew’s Church with Monsignor Harry K. Snow, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mrs. Wilkins died Friday evening at Fletcher Allen Health Care, Burlington, Vt.

Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Buck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wilkins was a homemaker.

She was a communicant of St. Andrew’s Church and a member of Norwood American Legion Auxiliary.

Born Dec. 5, 1929, in Ogdensburg, daughter of Lawrence F. and Dorothy M. Trombley Newvine, she attended Norwood High School.

She married Joseph J. Wilkins on Aug. 15, 1953, at St. Andrew’s Church with the Rev. Francis Maguire officiating.

Surviving besides her husband are a son and his wife, Timothy and Ann, Pompano Beach, Fla., and two granddaughters.

A brother, Robert Newvine, died before her.
