Lloyd C. Agen

NORWOOD--The funeral for Lloyd C. Agen, 65, of 2 Baldwin Acres, will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Buck Funeral Home, Norfolk, with the Rev. Andrew J. Amyot, pastor of the Church of the Visitation, Norfolk, officiating. Burial will be in Bixby Cemetery, Norfolk.

Mr. Agen died Monday at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam.

Calling hours will be from noon to 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Born Sept. 23, 1940, in Norfolk, son of Stanley and Leona Blair Agen, he graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central School.

He served in the Army from 1960 to 1963 and was disabled.

A marriage to Muriel Delosh ended in divorce.

Surviving are two sons, Daniel J., and his fiancée, Jackie, Winthrop, and Gregory, Florida; a daughter and her husband, Misty and Jason Oty, North Carolina; three brothers and their wives, Abner and Edith, Raymondville, Randy and Barbara, Knapps Station, and Larry and Dawn, Watertown; four sisters, Brenda Thomasville, North Carolina, Linda Debien, Canajoharie, and Rita Robinson and Mary Page, both of Norfolk, and eight grandchildren.

A brother, Howard, died Feb. 15, 2001.

Because of incorrect information given to the Times, the obituary in Wednesday's paper for Lloyd C. Agen, 65, of 2 Baldwin Acres, Norwood, gave an incorrect name for a surviving sister-in-law. Among his survivors are a brother, Larry, and his wife, Sue of Watertown.
