MALONE--Kenneth Allen Campbell, 90, Portland, Ore., formerly of Malone, died May 23 in Portland.
Mr. Campbell became employed at Aluminum Company of America, Massena, in 1941, and worked there for 25 years before his retirement. He moved from Malone to Portland in December 1997 to be closer to relatives.
Born March 18, 1910, in Norwood, he was a son of Chester and Flora Maude Mosher Campbell.
He married Helen Gertrude Glazier on Oct. 6, 1938, with the Rev. Myron R. French, then pastor of Burke Methodist Episcopal Church, officiating. Mrs. Campbell died in 1985.
Mr. Campbell was a volunteer at the Malone House of History and a trustee of the Franklin County Historical and Museum Society. He was also a longtime member of Centenary United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a sister, Arnelia Dishaw, Syracuse; a grandson, a granddaughter and a great-grandson.
A daughter, Kae Campbell Hillman, died in 1971.
The funeral will be a 1 p.m. July 7 in Centenary United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Davis officiating. Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery. Local arrangements are with Spaulding Funeral Home.
