Isabell Bradley Cloce

(August 28, 1910-October 24, 2004)

 

MADRID--Funeral services for Isabell Bradley Cloce, 94, formerly 1901 State Highway 345, Madrid, will be held Wednesday at 10-:30 a.m. at the United Church of Madrid with the Rev. Janet Gibbs officiating. A prayer service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Phillips Memorial Home in Madrid. Burial will be in Madrid Cemetery in Madrid.

Calling hours will be held today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Phillips Memorial Home.

Mrs. Cloce died Sunday (Oct. 24, 2004) at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. She had previously been a resident of the United Helpers Home in Canton.

She is survived by two sons, William E. Bradley of Madrid and Colbert, "Bert" E. and Barbara Bradley of Louisville; two stepsons, Howard and Shirley Cloce of Morley, and Edgar and Clara Cloce of Canton; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Leon (Sharon) Dawley of Lisbon; a sister, Helen Ferry of Malone; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Frances Colbert and Margaret Wilkins; and seven brothers, Russell, John, Kenneth, Albert, Malcom, Donald and George.

Mrs. Cloce was born on Aug. 28 1910 in Norwood, the daughter of the late Edward Colbert and Jessie (Russell) Colbert.

She married Everett E. Bradley on May 19, 1932 at the Episcopal Church in Norwood. Mr. Bradley predeceased her in 1961. She married Darrell Cloce in November 1963 in Norwood, Mr. Close predeceased her on April 27, 1983.

She was employed as a homemaker.

She was a member of United Church of Madrid and was a past member of the Eastern Star Fulton Chapter.

She enjoyed golfing and cards.
