Schoolteacher

NORWOOD--Tina A. Wood Dailey, 27, Clum Road, Johnsonville, wife of former Norwood resident Patrick J. Dailey, died Thursday from injuries she suffered in a motor vehicle accident Thursday on Route 67 in Schaghticoke.
Mrs. Dailey taught first grade at Okte Elementary School, Clifton Park, and had been a teacher in the Shenendehowa School District for six years.
She was active in school clubs and organizations, enjoyed traveling and the arts and was a congregant of the United Methodist Church of Valley Falls.
Born March 16, 1975, in Schenectady, daughter of Douglas and Kathleen Dagostino Wood, she graduated in 1993 from Schenendehowa High School.
She received a bachelors degree in 1996 from Potsdam State University College and a masters degree in education in 2000 from Albany State University.
She married Patrick J. Dailey on July 30, 1999. He is the son and stepson of Priscilla and David Chudzinski, Norwood, of Elizabeth Dailey, Liverpool, and the late John Dailey, and grandson of Glenn and Lorice Ibey, Norfolk.
Surviving besides her husband and his family are her parents, of Clifton Park; a sister, Mrs. Eric (Lori) Sievers, Latham; her maternal grandmother, Helen Rice, Schenectady; her paternal grandmother, Edna Fisher, Rensselaer; aunts and uncles.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Georges Episcopal Church, Clifton Park. Burial will be in Jonesville Cemetery.
Calling hours will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, Clifton Park.
