NORWOOD--Rosemarie Hinman, 49, Norwood, died Friday at her home after suffering a heart attack.

 Miss Hinman was a homemaker.

 Born July 13, 1954, in Potsdam, daughter of Ivan and Arlene LaPoint Hinman, she graduated from Potsdam Central School in 1972 and attended Jefferson Community College, Watertown, for a year.

 She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Potsdam.

 Surviving are her longtime friend and roommate, Dorleen Andrus, Norwood; her stepmother, Judith Hinman, Potsdam; a daughter, Megan Hinman, Russell; two sisters, Leslie Franklin, Canton, and Jennifer Stone, Potsdam, and three brothers, William and Gary Hinman, both of Louisiana, and Gregory Hinman, Troy.

 A sister, Shannon Hinman, died before her.

 The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Garner Funeral Home, Potsdam, with the Rev. Edward E. Papp officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Potsdam.

 Calling hours will be noon to 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

 Donations may be made to Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad.
