Cook, Caterer

MADRID--Norma L. Losey, 72, of 19 Depot St., died at 7 p.m. Monday at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam.
Mrs. Losey was a cook and caterer at Canton College of Technology until her retirement in 1990 after 28 years of service.
Born March 30, 1929, in Burke, daughter of Andrew and Gladys Garrine Dumas, she married Arthur A. Losey on March 1, 1958, in Norwood. Mr. Losey died Aug. 5, 1982.
Surviving are four sons and their wives, Daniel L. and Connie, Gouverneur, Thomas B. and Lisa and Larry A. and Andrea, all of Madrid, and Timothy H. and Linda, Harrisville; three brothers, Morris Dumas, Syracuse, Ernest Dumas, Massena, and Earl Dumas, Star Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Theresa) Charlene, Cicero, and Mrs. Raymond (Curly) Mayhew, Cornwall, Ontario; nine grandchildren, a great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
A son, Leroy Arthur, died Sept. 3, 1962.
The funeral will be at 8:30 p.m. today at Phillips Memorial Home, Madrid, with the Rev. Lawrence Cotter officiating. Burial will be in Ogdensburg Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
