The funeral for Christopher L. Marasco, 16, of 420 County route 38, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Buck Funeral Home witrh the Rev. Richard Lenz officiating. Burial will be in Visitation Cemetery.
Mr. Marasco was declared dead at 10:30 p.m. Thursday at Fletcher Allen Health Care, Burlington, Vt., of head and other injuries suffered in a head-on collision Monday on Sober Street. He was one of eight teenagers injured in the crash, in which Justin A. Brothers, 18, Norfolk died, and Mr. Marasco's brother, Ralph J., 17, was injured.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Born April 11, 1983, in Danbury, Conn., son of Ralph and Patricia Marasco, he was a 10th-grade student at Norwood-Norfolk Central School, where he was the starting pitcher for the school's varsity baseball team. He was also a starting pitcher for the Massena Federals team.
He was a member of the Norfolk United Methodist Church.
Surviving besides his parents, now of Norfolk, and his brother Ralph are another brother, Jesse, Norfolk; his paternal grandmother, Joan Marasco, New Milford, Conn.; his maternal grandmother, Beverly Hall, Waddington, and his maternal grandfather, Seldon G. Hall, Norfolk.

Five Moved Off Critical List
NORFOLK--A second teenager involved in the two-car crash this week in Norfolk has died.
Christopher Marasco, 16, of 620 County Route 38, Norfolk, was pronounced dead at 10:30 p.m. Thurdsay, according to a spokesperson for Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington, Vt. Information about the death was withheld until the boy's family could be notified, the spokesperson said Friday.
Christopher Marasco suffered head injuries as a result of the crash Monday on Sober Street.
Justin A. Brothers, 18, Norfolk, was killed as a result of injuries sustained in the accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Five other students seriously injured in the crash were moved off the critical list Thursday.
Jennifer Slate, 16, Norfolk, was listed in good condition--up three levels from critical; Ralph Marasco, 17, of 620 County Route 38, Norfolk was listed in serious condition, up one level from critical.
Michelle A. Murray, 19, of 50 Spring St, Norwood; and her brother 15 year-old Matthew J. Murray were listed in fair condition, up two levels from critical a spokesperson at Fletcher Allen Medical Center in Burlington, Vt.
There was no change for Kristie A. Martin, 16, of 8664 State Highway 56, Raymondville, who also was a driver in the accident, who was listed in stable condition at Samaritan Hospital in Watertown. She underwent surgery for serious injuries to her legs.
Matthew Murray suffered head injuries. Ralph Maraso suffered multiple lacerations and contusions. Slate suffered multiple fractures and a ruptured spleen. Michelle Murray, one of the drivers, suffered compound fractures to her right leg.
The accident occurred at 2:44 p.m. Monday on Sober Street in Norfolk.
