Homemaker, volunteer

NORWOOD--Winnifred G. Mills, 82, formerly of 60 Park St., died early Tuesday in St. Regis Nursing Home, Massena, where she had been a resident since May 6.
Mrs. Mills was a homemaker.
She was born Dec. 27, 1921, in Grand Island, Neb., daughter of John and Myrtle Wyon Plymale. Marriages ended in divorce and separation.
She was an active volunteer.
Surviving are a son, William Snyder, Kansas; five daughters, Winnifred Marler, Arizona, Claire-Ann Conner and Lynn VanMatre, both of Colorado, and Laura Crowley and Mary Mills, both of Norwood; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Two sons, James Snyder and Willie Mills, died before her.
A private memorial service will be at the convenience of the family.
There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with Buck Funeral Home.
