NORWOOD--Funeral services for Mrs. Rose Monica, 72, of 6 Ridge St., Norwood were held Monday, Aug. 21, 1978 at 10 a.m. at St. Andrews Church, Norwood, with the Rev. John Wiley officiating. Burial was in Visitation Cemetery, Norfolk.

 Funeral arrangements were with the Buck Funeral Home, Norwood.

 Mrs. Monica died Friday, (Aug. 18, 1978) at the House of the Good Samaritan Hospital, Watertown, where she had been a patient since Aug. 7.

 Surviving are her husband, Wilfred; three sons, Lyle of Milford, Conn., Joseph of Norwood, and Calvin of Peru, N.Y.; five daughters, Mrs. Harold (Margie) Wagstaff of Johnson City, N.Y., Mrs. Roy (Audrey) Bushy of Freeport, Long Island, Miss Gloria Monica of Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs. Edward (Lerore) Kozak of Bloomsburg, Pa., and Mrs. Robert (Lorna) Olsen of North Lawrence;; three sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Bombard and Mrs. Matilda Williams, both of Rochester, Mrs. Pearl LaPage of Norwood; and a brother, James McGregor of Raymondville; 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

 Mrs. Monica was born in Brasher, the daughter of Asa and Florence Barton McGregor. She was married to Wilfred Monica, March 23, 1924.

 The couple had lived in Norwood since 1937.
