Paper Mill Worker

NORFOLK--The funeral for Leeta M. "Bunny" Paige, 82, High Street, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of the Visitation with the Rev. Paul Worczak, pastor of St. Andrew's Church, Norwood, and Monsignor Thomas J. Robillard officiating. Spring burial will be in Visitation Cemetery.

Mrs. Paige died Saturday in Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam.

Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Buck Funeral Home.

She was employed by the Norfolk Paper Mill.

Born Jan. 30, 1916, in Norwood, daughter of Clarence and Nina Peck Claffey, she married Alfred Gordon Paige on Dec. 31, 1937. He died Oct. 16, 1988.

She was a communicant of St. Andrew's Church, Norwood.

Surviving are two sons, Paul, Norfolk, and Virgil, Binghamton; a daughter, Mrs. Carl (Christine) Sullivan, Norwood; two sisters, Pauline and Elma Claffey, both of Massena, five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Three brothers, Lester, Bernard and Paul Claffey, and three sisters, Mabel Lauber, Waneetha Boyea and Irene M. Jesmer, died before her.

Donations may be made to Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department or Potsdam Animal Shelter.
