Electrician

NORWOOD--A memorial service for Weldon James Price, 76, formerly of Norwood, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the First Congregational Church.
Mr. Price died Wednesday evening at Community Nursing Home, Potsdam.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Buck Funeral Home.
He served in the Navy during world War II. He was an electrician for Nekoosa Edwards Paper Co., Potsdam, and was employed at Norwood-Norfolk Central School.
Born Nov. 17, 1923, in Ogdensburg, son of Lewis and Nellie Carter Price, he was a 1943 graduate of Norwood High School.He married Emorita Clary on June 21, 1947, at the home of her parents with the Rev. William C. Wood officiating.
He was a member of the First Congregational Church and the American Legion.
Surviving besides his wife are a son, Richard, Massena; three daughters, Mrs. Richard (Linda) Tuper, West Stockholm, Candace Price, Winston-
Salem, N.C., and Mrs. David (Rhonda) Sharpe, Potsdam; a sister, Mrs. Carroll (Jane) Jenner, Scotia, two grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
Donations may be made to Community Nursing Home or the First Congregational Church.
