NORWOOD--Robert Rice, 68, Skaneateles, father of Richelle Tarris, Norwood, died Wednesday at his home.

 A graveside service was scheduled for 10 a.m. today at Oakwood Cemetery, Syracuse.

 Arrangements are with DeWitt Memorial Funeral Home, Dewitt.
