WADDINGTON--Wayne C. Robinson, 70, Waddington, died Saturday at his home where he was under the care of his family and Hospice.

Mr. Robinson owned and operated Robinson’s Custom Meat Cutting for more than 30 years.

Born April 20, 1935, in Canton, son of Howard C. and Mabel Endersby Robinson, he attended Norwood schools.

He married Shirley Dancause on May 20, 1955, at St. Mary’s Church with the Rev. Edward J. Pierce officiating.

He was active in the Waddington Fire Department for more than 10 years and enjoyed western music, hunting, fishing and camping.

Surviving besides his wife are a son and his wife, Lee J. and Jennifer, Liverpool; a sister, Beatrice Williams, California; two brothers, Douglas, Inverness, Fla., and Howard, Chicopee, Mass., and a granddaughter.

A private graveside service will be at the convenience of the family in Brookside Cemetery. Arrangements are with Phillips Memorial Home, Waddington. There will be no public calling hours.

Donations may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley or Waddington Volunteer Fire Department.
