MASSENA--Charles H. "Chuck" Siddon, 62, of 37 Tucker Terrace, died at 2:45 p.m. Thursday in the emergency room at Massena Memorial Hospital.

 Mr. Siddon taught second grade at Norwood-Norfolk Central School for 32 years, retiring in June. He also was employed at Robert Moses State Park for 26 years.

 A member of the New York State United Teachers and the Civil Service Employees Association, he enjoyed photography and traveling.

 Born June 13, 1942, in Buffalo, son of Floyd F. and Helen H. Begore Siddon, he graduated from Massena Central School in 1960.

 He attended St. Petersburg (Fla.) Junior College and received a master’s degree in teaching from Potsdam State University College. He also attended the lab technology program at Canton College of Technology.

 He married Barbara J. Miller on Jan. 21, 1966, at First Methodist Church with the Rev. Robert U. Holmes officiating.

 Surviving besides his wife are two sons and their wives, Thomas and Jackie Siddon, Massena, and Craig Siddon and Toni Maloney, Massena; four brothers, Quentin and William, both of Massena, and Loren and Stephen, both of Louisville; three granddaughters, two aunts and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at Donaldson Funeral Home with the Rev. Alan D. Shnob officiating.

 Calling hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

 Donations may be made to Massena Rescue Squad or the American Cancer Society.
