NORWOOD--Tara Lee Smith, infant daughter of Michael F. and Betty Ann Meacham Smith, 16 Spring St., died at birth Friday in Massena Memorial Hospital.

 Surviving besides her parents are a brother, Carleton Cody Smith, 3; her maternal grandmother, Phyllis Meacham, Massena; her paternal grandparents, Carleton and Bernice Smith, Helena, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

 A graveside service will be held at the family's convenience in Fairview Cemetery, Brasher Falls, with the Rev. Thomas Goforth of Victory Baptist Church, Winthrop, officiating.

 Arrangements are with Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena.
