NORWOOD--Wilfred Stacy, 80, North Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Norwood, died Wednesday at Cape Coral (Fla.) Hospital.

 Mr. Stacy was a supervisor for Niagara Mohawk Power Corp., retiring after 38 years of service.

 He was a past president of the Norfolk Rod and Gun Club.

 He had lived in the North Fort Myers area since 1978 and was a member of American Legion Post 90, Cape Coral.

 Born June 3, 1918 in Stoneham, Mass., he was a son of Wilfred J. and Myrtle Clark Stacy. His father worked at a chemical plant in Boston during World War I and in 1919 purchased his father's farm on the Parishville-Hopkinton Road.

 Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Mary; a son, Ronald, Norwood; a daughter, Susan Gonzales, Boynton Beach, Fla.; a brother, Malcolm, Tennessee; four sisters, Beatrice Rousell, Nicholville, Lorice Ibey, Norfolk, Shirley Stacy, Potsdam, and Sandra Dyke, Massena, and five grandchildren.

 Two brothers died before him, Merton L. on Nov. 6, and Donald.

 Private burial will be in Coral Ridge Cemetery, Cape Coral. Arrangements are with Cape Coral Memorial Funeral Home.
