COLTON--The funeral for Flora A. Wright, 94, Baldwin Acres, Norwood, formerly of Colton, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick’s Church with the Rev. Raymond Moreau officiating. Burial will be at 1 p.m. May 28 in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Mrs. Wright died Monday afternoon at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam.

Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Buck Funeral Home, Colton.

She was a homemaker and member of St. Patrick’s Church.

Born Dec. 15, 1909, in Parishville, daughter of Edward and Maude Goodnough Crump, she married Clarence Edwin Wright on June 11, 1926, at St. Mary’s Church in Potsdam. He died June 2 1983.

Surviving are three sons and their wives, Arnold and Betty, Hannawa Falls, Edwin and Arlene, South Colton, and Jerry and Anita, Oswegatchie; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Mildred Fuller, Massena, Ellen and Walter Norman, Norwood, Connie Taylor, Canton, and Susan and Arthur Clark, Pawling; a daughter-in-law, Alta Wright, Colton, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A son, Patrick, two brothers, Arthur and Bryce Crump, and three grandchildren died before her.
