LISBON--A memorial service for Charlotte L. Althiser, 77, Route 28, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Allen-Nichols Funeral Home, Ogdensburg, with the Rev. Geoffrey D. Coupland, rector of St. John's Episcopal Church, Ogdensburg, officiating. Spring burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Norwood. Mrs. Althiser died Thursday evening in Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg. There are no calling hours. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Ogdensburg. She was born July 2, 1921, in Norwood, daughter of Henry and Anna Mills Dewey. She married Edward Althiser in 1941. Surviving besides her husband are three daughters, Anne Agnes, Charleen Alice and Sue Ellen Althiser, all at home, and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Edward and Francis Dewey, and a sister, Mable Bently, died before her. Another sister, Blanche Dewey, died at birth.
