Mrs. Julia K. Bailey, wife of Hollis H. Bailey of Norwood died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Miller Rutherford, Oct. 8. She was a charter member, always most active of Marsh W. R. C. of Potsdam, past worthy matron of Lyra Chapter O. E. S. and past grand of Harmony Rebekah lodge.
