Attorney Charles N. Bixby died at his home in Norwood Thursday evening of last week, Sept. 22nd, aged 62 years. Mr. Bixby was a native of Norfolk, and a graduate of St. Lawrence Academy in Potsdam. He afterward studied law in Ogdensburg, graduated at the Albany Law school, and served as clerk with Knowles & Bicknell in Potsdam. For the last twelve years Mr. Bixby has been one of the Justices of the town of Potsdam, with office at Norwood.
