NORWOOD--The funeral for Arlen Dale Burrows, 79, of 31 Bernard Ave., will be at 11 a.m. today at Buck Funeral Home, Norwood, with the Rev. Robert Billings, pastor of Norwood Free Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Mr. Burrows died Wednesday afternoon in Massena Memorial Hospital.

He was employed at Agway for several years, retiring as assistant manager of Heuvelton Agway.

He was a member of Norwood Free Methodist Church.

Born June 6, 1924, in Flackville, son of Newell and Hazel Putney Burrows, he was an Air Force veteran of World War II.

He married Thelma Rounds on May 22, 1948.

Surviving besides his wife are three sons and their wives, Terry and Betty, Norwood, Brian and Lisa, Manchester, Vt., and Scott and Denise, Lisbon; a daughter and her husband, Brenda and Bruce Stone, Colton; a sister, Bernice Childs, Valdosta, Ga.; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a nephew.

Donations may be made to Norwood Free Methodist Church.
