NORWOOD--Funeral services for Angie Farnsworth, 77, 11 Pine St. Norwood, were held Tuesday, March 13, 1979 at 11 a.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with the Rev. Gary Stevens officiating. Spring burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Norwood. Mrs. Farnsworth died Saturday morning (March 10, 1979) at the Potsdam Hospital where she had been a patient since Friday. Surviving are her husband, Alfred; a son, Richard J., Norwood; a daughter, Lorna, a missionary in Indonesia; two step-sons, Francis, Los Angeles, Calif., Frank, Hopkinton; five step-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Glenford (Eva Mae) Vorce, Gouverneur. Mrs. Farnsworth was born in Malone on Feb. 6, 1902, daughter of Joseph and Eva Gray Robinson. She married Alfred Farnsworth in October 1940 in Norwood. She worked for the Norwood Bakery and Elwood's Clothing store for many years. She was a member of the Norwood Methodist Church and was past president of the Rebecca Lodge in Norwood.
