Ruth I. Garrow

Funeral services for 75 year old Ruth I. Garrow of the United Helpers Nursing Home, Ogdensburg, and formerly of 34 Bernard Ave, Norwood, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Rev. Msgr. Harry Snow presiding. Burial will be held in Riverside Cemetery, Norwood. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Wednesday from 12 noon until the time of the funeral. Mrs. Garrow passed away Saturday morning at the Nursing Home.

Ruth is survived by her six sons, Roy and Diane Garrow, Norwood, Harold and Madonna Loomis, Norwood, Lynn and Virginia Garrow, Waterloo, Jeffery and Marie Garrow, Clyde, Robin and Joyce Garrow, Norwood, and Randy Garrow, Norfolk; her daughter, Mrs. Paul Marsha Trimm, Hermon; thirty-four grandchildren, forty-six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; and her two sisters, Fay Gladding, Massena and Virginia Loomis, Norwood.

She was pre-deceased by her husband; a daughter, Kimberly; and three grandsons and one granddaughter.

She was born in Norwood on July 24, 1935 to the late Leon and Ethel Richards Loomis. She married Maynard Garrow on June 20, 1952. She was a homemaker.
