(I suspect Lieut. Holbrook was first buried in the Raquetteville Cemetery in Norwood, located at the southwest corner of Park Street and Spruce Street, and later moved to Riverside Cemetery, Lakeshore Drive, since Riverside Cemetery was formed in April 1877, and derived from the Raquetteville Cemetery Association.
