NORWOOD--There will be no funeral or calling hours for Ruth G. Holmes, 86, of 51 Park St. Spring burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Holmes died Friday morning at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam Arrangements are with Buck Funeral Home. Mrs. Holmes was a clerk at McCormick's Grocery Store for several years and a member of American Legion Post 68 Auxiliary. She married Donald W. Holmes on July 22, 1967, at Madrid Methodist Church. He died Dec. 16, 1984.
