Marie McNulty of Austin, Texas, died Tuesday, December 12, 1995. She was born in Waddington, New York, December 12, 1914, to John and Ruby Thrasher, and formerly lived in Norwood, New York.

She was a member of the Church of Christ in Warsaw, New York. In 1968, following the death of her husband, George W. McNulty Jr., she moved to Warsaw, New York, where she worked for the Wyoming County Community Hospital until her retirement in 1972. In 1983, she moved with her daughter to Austin, Texas, where she resided at the time of her death.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 16, 1995, in the Davis Chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral Home.

Survivors include her son Richard McNulty; and daughter, Marilyn Osswald of Austin, Texas; grandsons, David Osswald of Middletown, Connecticut, Thomas Osswald and wife, Lisa of Austin; granddaughter, Lisa and husband, Eric Schneider of East Bethany, New York; five great-grandchildren, Eric and Amanda Osswald, Theresa Osswald and Taylor and Travis Schneider; three sisters, Ruth Gardner of Brownsville, New York, Wilma Perry of Adams, New York, and Barbara Baker of Massena, New York; one brother, John Thrasher of Chases Mills, New York.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. McNulty Jr.
