NORWOOD--Laura M. Perry, 86, of 19 Bernard Ave., died Friday morning at her home. Mrs. Perry, a homemaker, was employed at Martin's Mill before her marriage. Born Jan. 1, 1914, in Norwood, daughter of Frank and Eva Pruner Perry, she attended Norwood Union School. She married Arthur Perry on June 4, 1941, at St. Andrew's rectory. He died Feb. 9, 1993. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women and Rebekah Lodge, Order of the Eastern Star, where she was past district deputy. Surviving are two daughters, Eileen Michaud, Mattydale, and Jane Peacock, Norwood; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. today at the United Methodist Church with the Rev. Linda Harris officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with Buck Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley or the United Methodist Church.
