Earl W. Reynolds

NORWOOD--Funeral services for Mr. Earl W. Reynolds, 74, of Spring Street, Norwood, were held tuesday, June 11, 1974 at 2 p.m. at the buck Funeral Home in Norwood, with the Rev. Darrell Waters of the United Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.

Mr. Reynolds died Saturday, June 8, 1974 at his son's home in Massena.

Survivors include one son, George, of Wilson Hill, Massena; one daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Ethel) Ashler, of Freeville; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ethel Houlden, of Northville.

Mr. Reynolds was born in the Town of Stockholm, Oct. 24, 1899, a son of George B. and Viola McBrown. He was educated in area schools and married Mildred Wells on June 1, 1920. She (information missing).

Earl W. Reynolds, 74, Spring St., Norwood, died unexpectedly at the home of his son, George B. Reynolds, Wilson Hill, late Saturday afternoon, June 8, 1974.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock this (Tuesday) afternoon at the Buck funeral Home in Norwood, the Rev. Darrell Watters, pastor of the United Methodist Church, officiating, with burial in Riverside Cemetery.

 

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mildred Wells Reynolds; one son, George Reynolds, Wilson Hill; one daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Ethel) Ashley, Freeville, N.Y.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Ethel Holden, Northville, N.Y.

 

He was born in Stockholm Oct. 24, 1899, a son of George B. and Viola Mae Brown Reynolds. He married Miss Mildred Wells June 1, 1920.

 

He was a self-employed carpenter in Norwood.
