NORWOOD--Luella M. Sharlow, 85, of 271 Lakeshore Drive, died Saturday at Fletcher Allen Health Care, Burlington, Vt., where she was admitted Wednesday.

Mrs. Sharlow was a homemaker.

Born March 8, 1920, in Norfolk, she was the daughter of Clarence and Darie Eurto Prunner.

She married Harold "Sam" Sharlow on Dec. 23, 1939. He died April 23, 1987.

Surviving are three daughters and a son-in-law, Lisa and Leon Hamm, Potsdam, and Lori Jenne and Lynda Sawyer, both of Norwood; a brother, Earl "Joe" Prunner, Norfolk, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A stepson, Francis B. "Frank" Sharlow, died Oct. 15, 2004. A brother, Kenneth Prunner, died July 24, 1989.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Andrew’s Church with Monsignor Harry K. Snow, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Hammill Funeral Home.
