School Food-Service Worker

NORWOOD--The funeral from Jeanette H. St. Pier, 61, of 422 Lakeshore Drive, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Norwood United Methodist Church with the Revs. Linda Harris and Lee Sweeney officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs. St. Pier died Wednesday morning at her home. She had been in failing health.

Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Buck Funeral Home.

Mrs. St. Pier worked in the food service department at Norwood-Norfolk Central School until retiring in 1997.

She was a member of Norwood United Methodist Church and was active in many of its groups and the Council of Religious Concern thrift store, Potsdam.

Born Oct. 17, 1938, at Lebanon Spring, daughter of John and Vera Hadsell Wilson, she graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central.

She married David St. Pier on Nov. 7, 1959, at St. Phillip's Episcopal Church with the Rev. William Mathers, then rector, officiating.

Surviving besides her husband and her mother are a son, Dean, Wappingers Falls; a daughter, Mrs. David (Darlene) Briggs, Cape Coral, Fla.; four brothers, William Wilson, Holland Patent, Robert Wilson, Adams Center, Kevein Wilson, Cary, N.C., and John Wilson, Merrillville, Ind., and two grandchildren.
