The remains of Joseph A. Valley were brought home last evening, from Nashua, N.H., where he was killed, Friday morning. He had for the past two years been employed as brakeman on a train running out of Nashua, making two short trips daily, and had a desirable position. It was while on duty that he was killed. He leaves a wife, daughter, Mrs. Edwin Wreghit, of Lowville, father, Mab Valley of this place, Mrs. L. R. Ashley and Mrs. Kittie Hager, sisters. Mr. Valley was 51 years of age.
