Mrs. Emma Mott Wait died on Tuesday evening, April 18th, and the funeral was held on Thursday, the 18th, at her late home. She leaves a loving husband and a young son and daughter to mourn her untimely death. Mrs. Wait was an estimable lady and a prominent member of Harmony Rebekah Lodge No. 193, I.O.O.F., and will be greatly missed in the lodge. The members of the lodge attended the funeral in a body, as a loving tribute to their worthy and respected sister. Mrs. Wait’s age was 40 years.
