Carl B. Weaver, Jr.

NORWOOD--Funeral services for Carl B. Weaver, Jr., 45, of Douglas Road, Norwood, will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at New Testament Church in Massena, with Pastor Don Curry officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Norwood.

Friends may call today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood.

Mr. Weaver died Thursday (July 25, 1996) at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Judy of Norwood; his parents, Mr. Carl and Jean Weaver, Sr. of Hannawa Falls; three sons, Carl Weaver III of Norfolk, Eric Weaver of Jacksonville, N.C., serving in the U. S. Marines and Michael Weaver at home; one daughter, Heidi Weaver at home, one brother, Douglas Weaver of Potsdam; one step-brother, Art Weaver of Ithaca, five sisters, Mrs. Al (Nancy) Scheuplein of Hannawa Falls, Mrs. Richard (Sandra) LePage of Hannawa Falls, Mrs. David (Sue) La Vean of Potsdam; Mrs. Tony (Shirley) Weller of Potsdam, and Mrs. Rod (Lisa) Pickering of Vermont; and one granddaughter, Carlee Wever, daughter of Carl Weaver, III.

Mr. Weaver was born in Potsdam on Jan. 14, 1951, the son of Carl and Jean Weaver. He married Judy Waite on Oct. 2, 1971. Mr. Weaver was a self-employed contractor. He was a member of the New Testament Church in Massena, and was also an avid hunter.

Arrangements are with the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood.
