NORWOOD--A graveside service for Patricia E. Williams, 77, of 6 Bicknell St., will be at 1 p.m. Sunday in Riverside Cemetery with the Rev. Thomas Jones, pastor of the United Methodist Church, officiating.

Mrs. Williams died Thursday morning at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, where she had been a patient since July 17.

Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Buck Funeral Home.

A homemaker, Mrs. Williams was an aerial photographer with the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War II.

Born March 19, 1925, in Canada, a daughter of Russell and Kathleen Wright Standing, she married Bertram F. Williams on Nov. 26, 1945. Mr. Williams died Aug. 11, 2001.

Mrs. Williams was a member of the United Methodist Church, its choir and United Methodist Women and a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Surviving are a son and his wife, Donald and Bonnie, Boulder, Colo.; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Laura and Joseph Dimatteo, Potsdam, Nancy and Curt Sweitzer, York, Pa., and Patricia Dominieck, Tampa, Fla.; a brother, Hudson Standing, Victoria, British Columbia; a sister, Doris Standing, Toronto, Ontario, and eight grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the United Methodist Church.
